How do we help to change China - 2

The expressions of Chinese flight attendants are obviously different from the Japanese one in the same flight - CA162.

When I was waiting for the check in to the Baotou forwarding flight, there were a line of people waiting for check in, not include me, because my flight is not soon enough to check in, so I was just sitting on the chair and watching that. One of the staff was talking on a cell phone with laughter for about ten minutes! Most people standing in the line were foreigners, who shewed impatience, which made me as a Chinese feel shameful as well as angry.

There're some smoking room facilitated in the airport, but what I saw is smokers were smoking in the room but keeping the door open. I could smell the smoke tem meters away outside. What do you think about this?
