early bird

I think I have become a early bird.

As everyone knows, being an early bird is good for health and work.

I knew that long ago, but I didn’t believe that so much and I don’t have confident to make it a point to get up early every morning.

As time goes, and times I hear or see about the merits of being an early bird than a night owl, the mind of having a try becomes stronger and finally, I decided to take a try to see if I could keep getting up early for a couple of weeks or a month. Then I started on July 7^th. Here’s the result, I have kept doing this until now, and I think I have been a early bird. Because it’s not so hard for me to get up early now, and I feel more energetic than before. It’s so great!

It was very hard when I just started. I wanted to give up for some times, but I beat myself. Now, I get up at 5:02 every day and go to bed around 10:00-10:30. I feel the time I have is longer than before. So I benefit from it.

If you believe and want more time and be more healthy, I suggest to have a try.

 

午饭

终于有时间写这篇文章了。

大家猜猜我前几天中午吃饭是在哪儿吃的？。。。。。

在离家不远的警察署吃的。大家是不是以为我犯什么错误，补抓了。NO，我只是肚子饿了去吃的。大家也许很奇怪我怎么想起去警察署吃饭呢。在那之前，在和一个朋友吃饭的时候，他说他检车本儿的时候，正好是中午，就在那里吃的，饭菜还可以。当时我听了也非常吃惊，可以在那儿啊，所以自己就去试了试。

在我的大脑里，饭菜应该是很好的，因为是给公务员吃的。当我在莫大的大楼里终于找到食堂的时候，首先映入眼帘的是售票机和菜样。这与我的想像有一定的差距。价位很一般，和外面的百姓食堂差不多，一份500日元左右吧。饭菜的内容也与外面相符。而且食堂里比较热。冷气的温度设的比较高。

这让我想给大家介绍介绍日本的政府。

在小泉内阁的时候，他推行"小政府"一说。意思就是为了节省税金在政府方面尽量少花钱，所以公务员也要裁员。主要有以下一些特点：

1.        政府里工作的公务员的服务态度特别好，绝对没有指手画脚这样的行为。你不知道怎么办他们会很亲切地给你讲；你不知道怎么走，他们会给你画地图或亲自带你去；在电话咨询的时候他们也会很亲切的为你讲解，或为你转接电话，有时转接很多个地方，你不用打好多电话。。。。。。

2.        政府人员不享有任何特权。没有这也优先那也优先一说。和一般百姓一样。有时还不如一般百姓。比如在市政府大楼里，一般人们都可以随便用电梯，可是工作人员只能在去高于2层或3层的楼层时使用。

3.        政府工作人员的办公室的空调使用有限制。有关这点，听了我一个中文学生（政府人员）的介绍，让我沉默一瞬。现在日本这么热，空调只允许降到28度。最让我惊讶的是到5点下班后，所有空调都被切，只有开窗户。日本的气候是海洋性的，温度特别大，日温差不是很大，尤其在夏天，早晚也特别闷热。可想而知有多热。有的人要在这种环境下加班到10点多。我觉得这是不是有点过分。其原因是，政府的开支都是人民的税金，为了不被人们指责浪费，这是政府里自己定的规则。还有说是带头实施环保的原因。

4.        政府的所在地并不都是当地最繁华的地方。在日本一般最繁华的地带在车站周围。

5.        在日本政府的建筑有的很不显眼，但是很坚固。日本自然灾害比较多，需要避难的时候，大家都可以政府避难。

应该还有很我与我们不一样的地方。请大家补充。

 

夏のお見舞い Summer Greeting

皆様、暑い中いかがお過ごしでしょうか。 

僕は日本の夏に慣れることなく10年目に向かっております。夏になるたびに、ふらふらして、元気が出ないです。熱中症じゃないからご心配なく 

でも、夏が終わると、ちょっと寂しげに一年が終わりに向かってるなといつも思うから、夏が終わるまでに精を絞って頑張ろうとしています。 

皆さんに、年末に多くの収穫があるように夏に負けず頑張れるように少しだけのエネルギーを届けば嬉しいです 

Hello everybody, 
How are you doing in these hot summer days? 

I've never got used to the summer in Japan, though the 10th year is coming since I came here. I feel out of power in every summer, but do not be worried, I'm not sick. 

I'll make it the most before summer passed, since every time summer goes by, I feel kind of emptiness as the year is going toward the end. 

I hope and will be very happy that if I can beam you a slight ray of energy, which could help you achieve a fruitful year by the end of the year in some degree

summer vocation

Hey everybody, how are you doing? Sorry for having not written so long.

It turned to summer vacation lately. Every student and teacher may feel a little relaxed. So do I.

But in the meaning time, I came up with a relatively big goal of this vacation. I should be more concentrated, alert and active. For achieving it, I feel a little tense about what should I start with. No problem, I encourage myself and am confident. I’m making it out and everything will go well.
