Reflection

I have a very serious habit, which is can not remember things that I should do. Today, I'm supposed to give English lesson to two classes. I came to the school before time as usual, and the students was expected be here on time, but they didn't come. Then, I realized that the notice that the e-mail for informing the date and time  of this lesson might not reach them, since I've not got a reply from them. Actually, I intended to confirm it but I forgot, which resulted in that I have to be waiting here for one hour for the next class. OH, how terrible I am. I hate this and usually ask my self if I have forgotten something. But it seems not so effective, so I have to take this more seriously and overcome it. Fight!!!
Do you have any habit that you want to change? Can you change it? If you have some good methods, could you please teach me?
